Are you referring to the refurbished OCZ Vertex 2 at newegg?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

It is not much of a steal deal.

1. It is a SATA 2 3Gb/s ssd. It is not a modern 3rd generation SATA 3 6Gb/s ssd.

2. Refurbished solid state drives do not come with the customary 3 or 5 year manufacturer's warranty. They only come with a limited 90 day warranty. It is clearly stated in the details.

I suggest you consider purchasing a new ssd.
