Monitors don't seem to recieve a signal

Hello recently my step dad managed to gain a Hp m8300f desktop from his job(thrift store) and the desktop gains power and everything but no matter which monitor I hook on(tried 3) they don't seem to cut on when they are connected and stay orange.

I opened up the desktop and all the parts seem to be there.

Reseat the cpu.

I couldn't see it over the headsink but his processor is messed up(needles are bent up).
Should of figured somebody wouldn't take a good computer to the thrift store.
