Motherboard opinions/options for me

Looking for a motherboard for my build. Im not sure what brand im tied between Asus and Gigabyte maybe i can get the difference between them both. Heres my build.

i5 2400
XFX 6850
2x 4Gb 1333 Ram DDR3
Gs600w

Im looking for a z68 chipset.

I'm partial to the Asrock Fatal1ty board because it's the only one of these 4 I have experience with. I love it. I would think any of these would work for you.

Can't go wrong with Asus. I've been so pleased with my new Asrock board, though, I would jump on the Asrock z68 Extreme3 Gen3 for $125:
