Shuttle k48 not boot after clear cmos

Hello,
My Shuttle k48 does not boot after clearing the C-Mos with the jumpers on MB. Only the fans starts. The two LED at MB are lightening as they did before clearing C-MOS.

Does it post even? or do you just get a black screen? Have you tried onboard video?

The BIOS does not boot up. The sceen is black. LEDs on MB and front are lightning. All fans are running. Test wit a new PSU gave same result. All 1500uF 6,3 caps and all 1000uF 10V are replaced by new ones - still not boot. Test after reset with new CMOS memeory - same result. CMOS-battery removed during 12h.
