5.25" or 3.5" sound card/interface?

Hey y'all. I was wondering if anyone here had any idea if there's a company that makes a 3.5- or 5.25-inch sound card/interface (an actual sound card, not just an extension panel) that could be mounted in your standard 5.25 or 3.5 bays... something with audio input/output and a volume knob and whatnot. Possibly internal USB?

Right now I got one of them old M-Audio fast track USB interfaces. They're not just ugly, but I don't like having it separate hanging on by a USB cable. I looked all over the internet for a 3.5/5.25 sound card. Anyone ever seen one? If not, maybe I just got my next big-business idea : )
