HELP

Hello,
yea my hard drive went out so i bought a new one and now my computer locks up after 10 seconds or 10 minutes ussualy faster if im on the internet and downloading a file or installing.
please help, just dusted ALL parts and bought new CPU, now cannot connect to internet and still locks up.....

Have you done repair install of windows after swapping out CPU´s.
