Not recognized as admin

Hello, I am having difficulties installing things onto my computer. I purchased a new laptop about 2 months ago. For the past couple of weeks, whenever I try to install something I get errors stating access denied. Need permission. This all started when I tried to install the new iTunes 10.5. I am the administrator. I am the only account. I'm not sure why I get these error codes whenever I try to install things.

NOTE: Already tried making a second admin account and turning on the Administrator one. Same problems

Always possible you are infected, especially if you set a new admin acct & can't do installs etc. Do AV scans, and don't rely on just that. Also use something like Malwarebytes, or other malware/spyware scanners. Also if you have not done disk cleanup inseveral months, wouldn't hurt to do one.
Sometimes little pest hidden in tempory internet files triggers undesirable events.

Tried system restore to before things changed ?
