Problems with keyboard compact laptop

Hello,
i have some trouble with my laptop keyboard's. at first, my f5 keep on refreshing even when i'm not pressing it..i send it to tech and get it fixed..howvr after 3 weeks the problem come again..this time its the f1 button so the web help keep appearing on the screen..is the keyboard the problem or they might be some other problem? and when i start up the laptop there is always sound coming? what should i do and what is the cost if i want to get it fixed?

Remove keyboard, clean the connection cable and connection port.

Make sure the keys aren't sticky, wipe over the keyboard.

If you paid to have it repaired return it to the repairer.
