Ok, so I THINK my motherboard is faulty so I am considering to change the it.

I've recently searched through Newegg and my eyesight caught this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ImageGallery.aspx?CurImage=13-128-519-Z02&ISList=13-128-519-Z01%2c13-128-519-Z02%2c13-128-519-Z03%2c13-128-519-Z04%2c13-128-519-Z05&S7ImageFlag=1&Item=N82E16813128519&Depa=0&WaterMark=1&Description=GIGABYTE%20GA-970A-UD3%20AM3%2b%20AMD%20970%20SATA%206Gb%2fs%20USB%203.0%20ATX%20AMD%20Motherboard

BUT I am concerned if it's compatible with the PC in its entirety.

Here is what my current motherboard looks like:

So far I think it's good except there's a slight difference in the ports (where you place stuff in the back of the PC), but it's ok right?
