Advice about my system

Hi. Im looking to build myself a new system and i need your advices/corrections to make sure everything is compatible and will work fine.

CASE: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE GA-H55M-S2V LGA 1156 Intel H55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i7-930 Bloomfield 2.8GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core
MEMORY: CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
VIDEO: HIS H587FN1GD Radeon HD 5870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
PSU: Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready


p.s. mostly this system will be used for games. im not looking to overclock anything right now. what worries me is if it will have enough power (650w) and if i can fit everything in this micro ATX motherboard.
also I want it to be as quiet as possible so if you have any other suggestions for case and psu for a similar price please let me know. Also I want to ship this system from US so would there be any problems let me know too.

That socket 1156 mobo is incompatible with the socket 1366 processor @@

ok im changing motherboard to ASUS P6TD Deluxe LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel. with those rams which i have in mind CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) i will have to OC motherboard to support 1600 correct?
