Need advice on upgrading my dell 8250

hi, I'd like to upgrade the video card my old dell dimension 8250 so that it will have HDMI output. The main purpose is to use it to play internet video on my plasma TV. Unfortunately my panasonic plasma TV doesn't have a DVI input, so the only choice for me is to use the HDMI port.

Dell dimension 8250
250W power supply
Pentium 4 2.4GHZ Processor
768 MB PC1066 RDRAM

The mother board supports AGP 4x.

My questions is, is there a video card that use AGP 4x slot and has HDMI output? I don't play games or anythings, just use it to watch video streaming.

You could use a DVI to HDMI cable. I have used this in the past. It's kind of flaky sometimes, but it works. Flaky as in sometimes it won't show the display until it boots into windows, or you have to turn off the tv and back on.
