Hd 5770 bluscreen issue

Just got the ProColor HD 5770 1gb vram and I'm getting a bluescreen error when the drivers are installing (particularly on the analyzing hardware step).

Current system is as follows:
OS - win 7 pro 64 bit
CPU - intel core 2 duo e7400 @ 2.8 ghz
ram 4 gb DDR2 - 800

what would be causing this! please help, Thank you!

i somehow got it working, i took some ram out, not sure if that fixed it but I tried both the cd drivers and the current downloaded ones. but it worked the last time with the downloaded version. :D thanks!

I indeed did have a 7600GT prior to this card
