Micro sd card not detected

Hello,
i my mobile is not detecting microSD card.So please tell me how to recover the data and if i connect it to my pc using card reader,it is asking to format it.So plese tell me what to do.should i format it and if i do so,then would i be able to get the data back?please reply as soon as possible...

You may try a usb card reader.

I hope you've got all your data back from this micros SD card.

As I know, in your case, you really could give the USB card Reader a shot and disconnect it to your computer.
If it could be read functionally there, simply copy off all your saved data on the card and format it afterwards for fixing its problems.

But, unfortunately, if this SD card still gets the same "not formatted error" problems, this card may really get some problems.

In order to get back your data, you'd better not save anything else on it and then download a SD card data recovery application to take chances.

If you know nothing about data recovery stuff, you could firstly try some SD card data recovery freeware available online:

I hope you could find a proper one to save all your needed data back.

In the future, you should always remember to back up everything important on separate locations.

connect SD card to computer with a usb card reader, and then see whether SD card is detected by computer, if not, you may try other card reader, or other computer,

When the sd card is been detected by computer, you can go to device manager and then assign a drive letter to the sd card(follow this guide http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000833.htm ) then you can then follow this SD card recovery guide:
