Hey there just wondering if I can get some help selecting stuff for a new pc for gaming, mostly FPS. This is what I've picked so far.

Antec Dark Fleet DF-30 Case (No PSU)
Antec Earthwatts 750w Power Supply Unit
ASROCK X58 Extreme3 Intel X58 Chipset Socket 1366 Motherboard
G.Skill 6GB (3 x 2048mb) DDR3 1600 (PC12800 - F3-12800CL7T-6GBPI) RAM Module Kit (Suits Core i7)
G.Skill Phoenix Pro Series 2.5" 60GB Solid State Hard Disk Drive (FM-25S2S-60GBP2)
Intel Core i7 i7-950 3.06ghz Quad Core Socket 1366 CPU (8mb Cache)
Sapphire ATI Radeon 5850 1GB VaporX PCI Express Graphics Card
Seagate 1TB (1000mb) SATA II Hard Drive 32mb Cache 7200RPM (ST31000528AS)

Now is there anything I'm missing/should change? Would it be worth getting a new soundcard or will the onboard sound be fine, I want the best directional audio possible, already using TurtleBeach HPA2's, would just like that slight edge. Also is there anything I should be changing? I'm still unsure about the RAM and the motherboard, I saw on ASRocks site that the G.Skill isn't listed as compatible memory, does that really matter? Is it worth going 3.0 USB?

Thanks,
Glenn.
