Yes it will be able to, The problem however is not your motherboard, its the case you put it in and you may possibly have power supply problems.

~

Can I please have some more detailed information on your system specifications.
You can go to http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/pc-wizard/2010.1.95-setup.exe and
download the program that shows up, Once installed save the system summary via
this floppy disk icon at the top left of the screen and then select a file name
for it, once done copy and paste the contents of the text file to this forum post,
unfortunately this doesn't include power supply or case specifications so I will
need you to look inside the case for there serial/model numbers and manufacturers

Thanks,
Joe

If you install the 240 I believe it will work without a new Powersupply, If you install the 250 you will need a new power supply however its vastly better than the 240, Also if you haven't actually brought the card yet I'd recommend a ATI Radeon 5750 or 5770.

PCI-E express is backwards compatible so even if you motherboard is only PCI-E 1.0 and you have a 2.0 card it should work fine(in about 95% of the cases)

5770 > 5750 > GTS 250 > GT 240.

However I would NOT get the 5770 or GTS 250 on a 350 watt PSU.

You might be able to get away with a 5750, if your PSU is of decent build.

If your needs fit, I would say a 5670 might suffice. What resolution do you play at and what kind of games do you play/what settings do you want to play at.
