Pc gave 1 long continous beep,switched it off at wall. now wont switch back on

my pc gave a long continoues beep and crashed. had to switch off at wall. now the computer does not switch on. when you press the power button both fans start spinning then power switches off again

It's definitely a hardware failure, most likely your motherboard's dead or another critical component. When you try turning it on, does it beep again?
