I cant format my memory card

when i want to format my memory card then windows was unable to complete the format.at last i can not format my memory card

Try formatting it with the device (camera or cellphone) that you normally use the card in. That's how you should always format memory cards, that's why all cellphones and digital cameras have a "Format" option in their menu system.
