Which non SLI/CF card to choose

Hello,
I have a desktop I am looking at starting to game with again which it has been a while so I am some what out of the loop. See specs for pc below but I am searching for a non SLI or CF card that will run all of the newest games on decent settings. I have around 300 to 350 spend but also will need a power supply.

Some of the games I would love to start playing are as follows.

FarCry 2
Modern Warfare 2
BioShock 2
Crysis
etc.

Any advice on which card to use would be greatly appreciated.

What resolution do you play at ?

My default resolution for non game play is 1920 x 1080 on a 24" monitor. As for gaming the bigger the better but am up for anything really doesn't matter just want smooth game play with good graphics ya know!

Does your case accept regular ATX PSU?
