Change if necessary, then "Save to CMOS and Exit" (F10). 3) If it's set as the first boot device and you still get the same error, your Seagate hard drive may be starting to fail. Test it with SeaTools for DOS: http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/ SeaTools for DOS is downloaded as an ISO file from which you must make a CD. You can do that on a working PC with IMGBurn: http://www.filehippo.com/download_imgburn/ When you've made the CD, boot your faulty PC from it and SeaTools will open. Choose the long/extended test. Note: You may have to go into BIOS Setup and set the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device to make your PC boot from the SeaTools CD. Can't find your answer ? Ask !
