Seasonic M12ii 620W for RadeonHD 6850 CrossfireX

Hi there,

I just setup an Radeon HD 6850 crossfireX. My system spec:

Phenom II x6 1055 @ 3.5Ghz default vcore
Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5
TeamElite 1333Mhz 4GB @ 8-8-8-8-22
WD Green 500B
Optical drive
4 x 120mm Case Fan

Seasonic M12ii 620W

The question is am i stressing this PSU to its limit ? Cause i'm planning to change to 750W.

That PSU will handle that no problem and has power to spare. Total system load running furmark 423watts http://www.anandtech.com/show/4061/amds-radeon-hd-6970-radeon-hd-6950/24

What i am worry about is the cpu power consumption... I saw from many reviews that x6 draw power quite high when overclocked... but thats only meant for 4ghz oc... 300w+ so currently I'm running @3.5ghz default vcore..but no plan to overclock
further... i'm satisfied with this oc

my radeon is Sapphire RadeonHD 6850 CrossfireX, not oc version...not toxic ..

So lets say cpu power draw is ~200W, Cfx power draw would be ~300W just the two cards...

its almost 600W... is the power calculation like that ? I have read many reviews but still i cant seem to understand about power calculation..

dont worrry about it. the seasonic M12II is a very good, top-of-the-line power supply that can actually supply a little bit more than 620w.
