There are two motherboards with the same southbridge, and I will use a standalone Graphic Card. Are there any real differences between the two chipsets in this condition?
BTW, in my location, 785G is a little bit cheaper.
i have a 785G myself and am quite happy,, every time i look at something newer, i don't see enough to move up... although a am3+ board may be nice to grab once the bulldozer comes out... but price becomes an issue then, too
not really,, if you had a 785G, you would not notice the difference moving up to a 880,, you may have a bit extra lane,, but not really going to use it
