HDD cache question

I'm going to buy a new HDD and my current options are the WD caviar blue with 32mb of cache and a Seagate Barraccuda with 64megs of cache

The WD drive spins at 7200 rpm while the seagate does 5400

So which one would be a better buy?
Also right now I'm leaning towards the WD drive since it has a 3 year warranty compared to the 1 year that seagate has
