Looking for small, ~$30 *or lower* 2.0 speakers

I don't need EXTREME quality but I don't want my ears to bleed.

I also don't really need bass I am just mostly watching youtube videos. *For everything else I use my 5.1 headphones*

I am getting them to go with my ASUS ML248H 24" that I am getting soon.
