There have been leaked specs revealed that are meant to confirm the final specs of the GTS 450. While some sites are different most seem to agree on the main of it.
This kind of thing http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=26179
The only thing left now is definite pricing. I must say if HEXUS are even close then the cards a non starter, it would need to be guaranteed to OC like the 460 does which is not probable as the clocks are up on the 460 by quite a bit already to be worth close to £130. I'm in the UK so this pricing is what is relevant to me. With the 460 768 available at £150 you would need to be certifiable to even consider a GTS 450 at £130.
I would thing £100 would be more reasonable and might make a fight of it with the 5750/5770 if priced competitively.

I'd rather have a 1GB GTX460 with 384 cores enabled myself so please excuse me if I just say "meh" and crack another beer open whilst I ignore this card.

Yeah the GTX460 will be a better value than this one if the prices are correct.

This card is going to have be extremely cheap for anyone to care about it, in my opinion.

Well its not been tested yet and as i said the price is still up in the air so it may yet surprise. If it does turn out to be between a 5750 and a 5770 for the £130 mark then its a shame as the 460 looked to be the start of some decent competition at last which can only be a good thing for us consumers. But then expensive and under performing does seem to equate to an Nvidia product based on history.

Agreed, but the 5770 is quite a popular card. I personally consider it over priced which has stopped me buying one. The 460 is very tempting and with not technically needing to upgrade it makes sense to wait and see what ATI are throwing our way.
Im just itching to upgrade though :pt1cable:

I might bight on this one when I take care of my $400 light bill   for my other rig. Personally I think it will be another box of disappointment.
