What causes linksys WRT54G router to no longer connect to road runner home page

Hello,
Is there some coroporate problem wih Cisco systems and Time warner? It is more than just odd that my WRT54G router connected to road runner for years and just stopped yesterday. However I can still connect to any other URL quickly and with out any problem. what gives?
