Depends on your resolution and what you mean by "play". Do you mean play on high settings, or just "play" the game.

I want to be able to play the games at high settings. I have about $150 to spend.

Spending the extra $20 out of budget for a GTX 460 will really improve performance. Just make sure your computer can handle it. We need to know your computer specs, monitor resolution, and what games you want to play.
