The drive may just need a drive letter assigning to it:
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management
In the bottom-right panel, right-click the drive which is showing as "Raw".
Choose "Change Drive letter and Paths".
Click "Add" and choose a letter from the drop-down box.
Click OK and wait for it to update itself.
Relax! It is quite easy to convert RAW into NTFS without data loss. You only have to do two steps:
To save your data, you should try a reliable data recovery tool on the web. If I were you, I will try a free RAW drive recovery program that has helped me recover my data form an inaccessible flash drive. It works well. Now, I have reached all my data and use my flash drive normally.
