I installed a Samsung ML-1450 laser printer with the optional 2nd tray on a Windows XP Pro system. The 2nd tray is checked in the printer properties and can be used when selected there. But the 2nd tray does not appear in the paper source list of any applications; including Microsoft Word and WordPerfect. The tray is not much use if you have to open the printer properties windows each time you want to print from it. Surely, there is a fix for this. Thanks.
