I have a Compaq f750us and I have replaced the mother board and the processor. When the power button is pushed the blue lights come and go right back off. That is what it was doing before I replaced everything. I don't know what else to replace. Any idea's

Make sure the PSU is OK. you could borrow and try a different PSU to test that.
Also, make sure all the power cables are connected to the mobo. Sometimes people forget the little 4-pin connector.
Ensure the thermal paste is well applied on the CPU and that the heatsink makes good contact with it.
Try to reboot using only one RAM stick; remove all un-necessary hardware, including the video card (if it has a discrete one) and the HDDs and reboot. You should get some error beeps signaling the BIOS is booting and the video adapter is missing. Let us know how it goes.
