why do i loose my wireless connection every ten minutes and have to log off and start all over again ?

Try connecting by wire and see if the problem persists. If not, it suggests a wireless reception/interference issue.

The fact that you have to start off all over again suggests you haven't saved a profile of your wireless settings.
