Which Ram to buy???

Hello ppl i really need help buying ddr III rams...1stly i want 2 know that can i use 6 gb (4 gb+2 gb) ddr 3 ram with a i-3 2100???

2ndly here r the rams that im intrested in...

1) 991585 Mushkin Silverline (2*2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666 (1333 MHz)....

2) G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

3)G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

OR

8 gb of the cheaper and plain kingston ddr III 1333 mhz ram...

im bulding a gaming rig so i need help with these rams...

budget is $45...the ram u mentioned is not avalaible here in pakistan...will i really see a noticible boost in performance of games from going to common 4 Gb Ram to Gaming 4 Gb Ram like corsair vengeance???I currently have 4 Gb of corsair value select...
