New Toshiba Video Crashing

I just purchased from CompUSA a new Toshiba X35M-S148 with XP home
installed. I removed Home and installed XP Pro. With the XP Pro
installed on the system I am getting video crashes when the system
boots up and when I go to the advance video setting screen. I have
installed the newest Video drivers and I still get the crases. I have
tried almost everything to get the system to stabilize. Has any one
gone though this with a new laptop or a Toshiba. Can any one tell me
how to fix this error?
