i just ordered the 2600k on newegg... really hope this first batch is good for OC

Give people more than 10mins before bumping and more than 17mins before abandoning the quest for answers. Also they only went on sale in the last day or two, with delievery times do you really expect that more than a couple of people have got chips.

Most review samples got to around 5 GHz. Anandtech got theirs to 4.2 GHz with the stock cooler, maybe 4.4 GHz. So pretty good id say!

sry for such an early bump but had to order soon... like within 25min of posting... or i would have to wait a week to order...

some may have gone to a micro center and picked up one....
