I NEED TO recover my Corrupt BIOS

Hello for a simple description, My IPIBL-LB Motherboard was powered when the clear CMOS Jumper s set to CLEAR position. After seeing it wasn't starting i checked & found Jumper in wrong position. i powered down Machine and Set it in correct position. Now when Machine is powered, it only shows Black screen no HP Logo and nothing Shows on Display. The monitor shows you it detected a signal but goes off saying going to sleep mode. The CPU remains on with nothing even when you remove RAM, no beeps. I have tested the components on other Boards and they all work. So i was wondering, board has a jumper for Rom Recovery but i hace not found instructions to use it to recover even in the manual. Can some one help me recover my Board? Just didn't want to trash it. I know if i get Bios, on diskette, with some commands i can initialise a rom recovery. But don't know the commands and the Bios on HP site runs from within Windows not Dos.
Any help is appreciated
