I need case fans?

I need to increase airflow in my case, so I need case fans. But I don't know what to get. I would like QUIET fans. And i mean moderately quiet fans at 100% speed. they dont have to have mega CFM, just quiet at 100% speed, as they will be connected through the PSU's molex, so always at 100%...If anyone knows how to counteract this, please SAY SO! Point is, QUIET FANS!

They are very quiet - we like the ones we have in our HTPC. Should be available at lots of retailers, on-line or local.
