Boot SSD

I am looking for a RAID 0 boot drive. It will only hold Windows, so hopefully 64gb is enough.

Should that be good.

Yes, the Samsung 830 series is a great ssd. I have an older Samsung 470 64gb in my laptop, and the 830 is quite a bit newer and faster as it has an upgraded controller.

60gb is way moe than enough. Windows 7 - 64 is under 20gb.

I would go for a single 120 GB drive instead using a 64 GB model in RAID 0. The write performance of the smallest capacity drive is usually much slower then the bigger ones. Regarding the Samsung 830 the maximum performance is first reached with the 256 GB model.
