ASUS P8Z68-V - max temperature setting for CPU

I have a ASUS P8Z68-V board with a i5 2500k. It looks that when my CPU reaches 75C (when gaming), the computer shuts down. I would like to increase that max temperature limit but where?

I looked all over the place for that but could not find it.

I'd install better cooling... The BIOS should have a section where you can set fan speeds, temp warnings and shut down temps. Each BIOS is different so you need to look. Your mobo User's Manual will tell you the BIOS options.

No I didn't OC the CPU.

I don't have a GPU though. I just use the integrated one (Intel HD3000).
