I bought two dell laptops with a free Windows 7 upgrade available. I have upgrade the first machine, but had to pay for a disc to be delivered and it took 2-3 weeks. Can I use the upgrade disc from the first machine to upgrade the second machine, or will I have licencing problems?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

IMO is better that you wait till the 2nd disk of your upgrade, maybe you will have licence problems if you install the 2 laptop with the same key of the 1st.

Or you also can install with the same key, and when you 2nd disk arrive, change the key of your 2nd laptop.
