Well the rest of the sys. spec are the same, so get the PC with the i3 CPU.

The i3 is a faster processor. It starts at 3.2GHz vs. 2.93 for the C2D, but internally the i3 is at least 15% faster than the c2d at equivalent speeds, so overall that system will be at least 25% faster. (25% is enough that you can feel it a little bit, it isn't a major speed difference.)

However I wouldn't get the "basic" version of Win7, I would upgrade that.
