ECS A885GM-A2 good/bad?

Ok so I'm doing a budget build home server, and i need a motherboard that has on-board graphics(so i don't need to buy a graphics card to) minimum 3xSATA3 with RAID5 support and gigabit Ethernet connection. If it was possible 1xusb 3.0 would be good to but can live without. Trying to get all that for under $100, this board ECS A885GM-A2 is the only one I've found so far that has everything except the usb 3.0, though I've been told ECS isn't a very good brand. The board will be supporting a AMD athlon x 2 260, and 3x2tb drives in RAID 5.

I'm in Aus so things are little bit more expensive then America

ECS works, just with fewer bios adjustments. I also recommend biostar for a low end board. I've had no problems with mine and it overclocks well.
