I decided to spend the extra $$ and get the i7-2600k a couple of questions tho i tried to save $20 by going to the slighlty cheaper motherboard i only plan to sli or crossfire 2 boards later down the line did i lose much between the 2 msi boards?
i saved some $$ by going with 4gb of ram other then 8gb which i can always add more later i figured. Overall I'm hoping going to this from my amd 9500 2.2ghz on a windows 7 pro os will net me some big speed gains in the os and in gaming. also using a 5750 ati card as well. can anone link me more or less what the speed difference would be on cpus? i checked anandtech one but didnt see the amd 9500 2.2ghz cpu listed or am i blind? Anyways thanks so much for the input As I think I got a good deal and I'm quite happy with my purchase just holler if i need to change something as i still can as its not shipped out yet.
