Hdtv for monitor

Hello,
im using a hdtv monitor tv for monitor for my pc...how do i fix to fit screen...missing about 2 inches on left hand side of screen..if i put on a reg monitor it is perfect....how do i fit to screen on the hdtv

Which graphics card do you have?
Your missing 2 inches on the left only?
Is your refresh set to 60hz?
There should be a way in your tv's menu to shift the picture to the left
If you have catalyst (ATI) you can resize the screen as well.
What TV?
