I5 2500 and i5 2500K

My question is what is the big difference between these 2 cpu's beside that the K version is for overclocking. I'm not an overclocker.
Is there performance difference?

If you don't overclock then there is no difference except the K series has better built in graphics, if you are using a dedicated card then there is no difference at all.
