What memory can I upgrade my Alienware with?

EVGA Nforce 680i SLI MB
D-core 2 Duo Extreme 2.66 G QX6700 8M processor
PDP 1GB DDR2 Low Latency PC-6400 AW96 memory (x2)
First, will it take 4GB?
Second, what currently available memory will fit / work?
First set I got on-line that was supposed to fit did not (notch in the wrong place). Thanks

You must get DDR2 RAM. The mobo supports up to 8G of RAM. Those should work

Need 64bit Windows to use more than 3 Gb of RAM. Memory stick is 800 Mhz DDR2 Sodimm.
