Can someone please tell me if i have pci express on my motherboard and if so how many slots?

You have (1) PCI-E x1 and (1) PCI-E x16 on that motherboard. One thing to mention is that the FIH57 is the OEM board used in the Acer X3900. If your board is in that system, you will have to use low-profile PCI-E cards due to case clearance issues with the small form-factor case.
