Physics card?

You won't get any better FPS, but in the games that support PhysX, you'll have better effects.

Also, you might want to look into the PCI-E 4 slot thing. I don't know about a GTS250 working in there.

I wouldn't recommend spending $120 on a card just for PhysX, either.

Well your motherboard only has 1 PCI-E x16 slot.

I can't tell if the other card would run at x4 or at x1.

Either way isn't good.

You would be much better off getting a GTX 460 or higher or an HD 5850 or higher.

From what I can tell the motherboard doesn't support CF or SLI.

First you should make sure your pci slots are working at least on 8X with dual cards .
Seconed , add more money and get another gtx 260 , make sli and enjoy the performance with physix or not .
I would recommend 250 gts if you have at least 285 GTX .
Another option is to sell you GTX 260 , use the money you got from selling it , add them on the money you saved for 250gts , get a brand new pretty beautiful GTX 460 :)  , Oh , I forgot to say hot ..LOOL
