Need a reliable SSD

So far I've had a 100% failure rate for my SSD's, all from OCZ. I don't believe the failure rate numbers from a couple of years a ago are accurate after all my SSD's failing.

So what SSD's actually have a low failure rate? I want one that will last years not months.

I normally recommend Samsung. They have a stellar track record. Intel and Crucial are also worth considering.
