Can i run a HD 5670 on a 300W PSU?

Bassically i wondered if you could run a XFX HD 5760 on a 300W PSU with these system specs.

AMD Phenom X4 3.2ghz Black Edition
2GB DDR3 RAM
500GB HDD
Asus m4a785t-m mobo
DVD Drive
Xclio Windtunnel Case
300W PSU

If it is a modern 300watt PSU with high amperage on the +12 volt rail Yes.

It should work since it gives you 216watts for the +12volt rail and in this test they get max draw 212watt for a system with HD5670 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-5550-radeon-hd-5570-gddr5,2704-14.html

If you already have the power supply You can try it, but if you are going to buy one I would strongly suggest going with something a little more powerful. Also, I wouldn't overclock too much on that power supply, you can actually damage components by running them with too little power.
