Unallocated hard drive? What to do?

Alright, so I purchased a laptop awhile back and was looking at my disk management page and noticed this.

What should I do with Disk 1? Should I leave it unallocated? Because I could really use the space to record movies on fraps. Is it possible for me to use? Thanks!

it looks as if your laptop has 2 hard disks. you should be able to setup a partition and use it. whats the make and model of this laptop?

It's an alienware m17x r4. Seems like you're right though and that they forgot to setup the second hard drive.
