Ram recomendations

I'd like some recommendations on reliable memory. I am talking about brands like samsung and hynix, NOT mushkin and corsair etc. However, if you know what chips each brand uses for their high end and low end models, I'd love to know. I'm a bit more interested in what chips OCZ used for their "gold" series as I have seen a lot of reports of those chips failing.

Preferably, something that has a decent timing, low voltage,( if you want to OC,) and good amounts for Memory space. Also, stick with DDR3.
